In one breath
Three sessions and a side conversation about ocean planets, all in the first weeks of 2022. Part 4 is political: The Domain says it phased out MAJestic from the late 1990s, shut the American operation in 2003 or 2004, and now works through "a core physical organization" in China, because "The Domain ONLY works with service to others sentiences". Part 5 is the mechanism: the reality universe is a bubble that adds a third restriction to amnesia and the fence, "a complete suppression of IS-BE actuation of thoughts", which is why affirmations have to be spoken; and the memory wipe exists to get your own consent to the next life by showing you edited memories. Part 6 is the exit: recycling is "a treadmill with no exit, only the promises of one", and help at death "is not automatic", you have to call. Plus dust, karma, the Hole, the fish-bowl's thick glass, and creatures on water worlds.
Part 4: from MAJestic to China
MM asked whether The Domain had moved its attention to China. "Very astute of you." In the late 1990s "we transferred our involvement in a gradual phase out away from MAJestic to other organizations"; in "the early 2003 / 2004 the American MAJestic operation was shut down and Domain involvement with that organization was terminated abruptly", its sub-projects "mothballed" or carved out to private industry, with only "some doll bodies in partial activation at the China Lake NWC NAS (and Ohio)" left, "of a trivial nature". The Chinese leadership, by contrast, is "implementing every policy suggestion we make... on our timetable"; China is "like a mini Domain sub-culture", and the meritocracy, the policing of leadership, the change in financial transactions and "fidelity to family and traditions" are "all of Domain inspiration". The reason for the switch: "We (the Domain) discarded involvement with the United States governmental organizational structure when the sentience make up of the (true) leadership (at all levels) enjoined Service for Self sentience. The Domain ONLY works with service to others sentiences. There are no exceptions."
Yes, if it shows service-to-others sentience, accepts "obedience within a military structure", and volunteers; most are picked up at death by an officer after calling for one. To MM's enthusiasm: "you are asking the proper questions."
"We have put in place controls (control kits) in / upon the American military leadership that will reduce the threat of war to some degree." The military leadership "have been instilled with the FEAR of GOD"; the civilian leadership is "deep churning water that is difficult to control. We cannot control them. When we try, another cluster takes its place." Russia and China have been given "technological military advantage that the United States cannot defend against".
"No. We are a garrison force. We are not equipped for a full military invasion. Were we to conduct a full invasion, the entire planet would be purged." A war "would occur on human terms", with China "(which is a Domain asset)" protected. Predicted then: "everyone will notice that something is amiss by the end of this year (2022)", obvious by 2023; "however, none of this guarantees anything."
"It is desirable that there be small bads instead of big bads in the changes that are manifesting." Projections "tend not to follow the ideal trend line no matter how carefully... positioned", so The Domain leaves "a wider scope and flexibility in manifested outcomes".
Part 5: what the bubble suppresses, and why the wipe
MM put his whole model of the pocket universe to the Commander and was told: "Yes. You are correct in every statement. However... the devil is in the details." The MWI, "the reality universe", is "a bubble universe that contains the stars and solar systems of the Main Universe" but with its own laws.
The purpose of the memory wipe, in the Commander's words
A reader asked why you are zapped first and shown your memories afterwards by a third party. "The original purpose was to create a situation where the IS-BE would be inclined to assist in the creation of their next pre-birth world-line template." For a captured Domain soldier the goal is "not only [1] to erase the past of the IS-BE but also to [2] reconfigure the quanta that comprises what he / she / it is. The primary baseline default mapping of the new design for the IS-BE entity is to create a passive, obedient, and submissive entity that is very remorseful and regretful towards any foray into the physical realms." The "blank slate" is then shown memories that convince it to return "out of a need for growth and learning", that it "would have to suffer through perils, rapes, hardships, trials, discomfort", and that it will be "perfected" after "just a few more experiences", a goal that "will always be pushed further out. It will be close but unobtainable." All of it "can only be realized through selective manipulation of past histories to an entity suffering from Amnesia." MM's comparison: the film Overboard, an amnesiac told she is someone's wife; "the reality that is described here... is an absolute horror."
The Hycean worlds
A short interlude, prompted by a 2021 paper proposing "Hycean" planets: hot, ocean-covered worlds under thick hydrogen atmospheres. MM read up on them and asked. Life on them ranges "from bacterial all the way up to giant (by your standards) mammals and aquatic creatures with intelligence and tool making abilities"; many Earth lifeforms "are also duplicated in these so called water-worlds". Do they relate to humans? "They do not. Humans, as you refer to them, are simply inmate skin suits that were derived from human archetypes found throughout the main universe." But: "These types of world do exist within the prison complex, and a number of them are in the same predicament as the earth sphere... trapped and living a treadmill of reincarnated events with the promise of eventual heaven, or evolution to a better life-form." Feasibility of life? "The same as on the earth physical sphere. Life forms easily and readily within the main primary universe." And on tool-making: "All intelligent ambulatory creatures make tools and use them. Some are physical, but many are not."
Part 6: the treadmill and how to step off it
What the Main Universe does instead is worth quoting, because it is the archive's clearest picture of a life outside. "Once the IS-BE occupies the main universe, there are no Heavens to cycle to and from." Bodies are still born and die, "except that there are no amnesia mechanisms". Life is "much like a snake that sheds its skin periodically... the memories do not disappear when it sheds the coarse body elements", so it runs "live as a coarse entity, live as a finer entity, and then repeat as one desires". Coarse and fine societies "coexist within the same geographic confines", thoughts modify the coarse world easily, "it is a place where magic can actually work and operate", and families last "for many, many generations", which is how the Old Empire's royal class was able to rot over time. The washing-machine image: the clothes are the IS-BE, "the death translation is the washing cycle", the clothes come out intact "and the consciousness remembers all". "Felines are the embodiment of how things work in the main universe."
Asked whether Solomon was Old Empire and the 72 spirits were Domain: they are "IS-BE entities that are powerful, and are specifically imprisoned in a special holding micro universe... the rough equivalent of The Hole". There are "more than 72"; they "have proven to be immune" to the usual systems; "some of the Domain who are members of the Lost Battalion are imprisoned" there. Solomon as an Old Empire architect is "strongly inferred, but is not confirmed"; building a micro-universe implies he may have been "a key architect of the entire complex". "We have not been able (at this date and time) to extract any entities from it."
"The Old Empire had more enemies than friends": whole absorbed civilisations that suffered "thermonuclear devastation and mass enslavement" and now conduct "non-physical harassment" from hiding. What the questioner called the "Goetia Domain" is "something more diffuse and greater than a singular group".
DM proposed re-entering the reincarnation trap deliberately at death to gather intelligence, using his memory of "the electro shock torture". Answer: he "is already being under monitoring, and has a team of Domain specialists working alongside him".
The forecast is a remote-viewing snapshot of a template that is changing, not a fixed outcome. Disclosures "are tailored to audiences"; IS-BEs are "REALLY different" from one another.
Read with care
Part 4 contains political claims about China and the United States (control kits, technology transfers, a Domain organisation inside the Chinese government) that are unverifiable and reflect MM's own long-stated views; the 2022 to 2023 timing given for "something amiss" is a dated prediction. The MAJestic phase-out dates here (late 1990s, 2003 to 04) sit awkwardly beside MM's own active service to 2006 in other articles; the archive reports both. Everything about the Main Universe, the Hole and the Hycean worlds is unfalsifiable by design; it is recorded as what was said.
