In one breath
The Domain is the name, from the 1947 book Alien Interview, of the civilisation that the Grey officer "Airl" said she belonged to: an expeditionary force that reached this sector, fought the Old Empire, and lost a battalion of 3,000 to the prison's amnesia machinery. On 16 September 2021 MM published a message he says came through his implant: The Domain was calling for its lost people and for volunteers. Fifteen question-and-answer sessions followed (2021 to 2024). The Domain's rules never change: it recruits only service-to-others beings, it works mostly in the non-physical, and it will not help anyone at death who does not ask.
Who they say they are
"Trans-dimensional spirit form", timeless. They inject a consciousness into the physical "to experience time", commute in and out on very long duty cycles, and occupy "doll bodies" or take over bodies when work needs hands. The ruling class avoids flesh bodies.
Roles by ability: engineers, administrators, historians, social engineers, soldiers, pilots. Structured classes, "finer and reasonable" rules, stewardship duties. "Work is play"; vacations are taken in skin suits.
Their class structure "prohibits memory amnesia while in a body"; members recall lives "back trillions of years". Members need no names: think of someone and you are connected.
"The Domain spans most of the Master Universe and beyond"; this sector is one contested region among "bigger, more pressing galactic issues" that limit its resources here.
Sorting beings into STO, SFA, STS and DIS "is a Domain requirement... unique to Domain", the sole administrative authority in the region. Only STO beings are recruited.
Teleportation facilities on Earth; sites in and on the Moon, Mars and Ganymede; the Type-1 Greys as officers; the general-population Mantids as partners; a diminutive allied species MM calls "Oompa Loompas".
The lost battalion
Alien Interview is the account, published by Lawrence Spencer, of a nurse named Matilda MacElroy who in 1947 spoke telepathically with the surviving pilot of the Roswell craft. The pilot, Airl, described herself as an officer, pilot and engineer of "The Domain Expeditionary Force", said The Domain had a base in the asteroid belt, and said that 3,000 members of a Domain battalion had been captured, given amnesia and recycled through the prison, where they still are. MM read the book much later, recognised the "Type-1 Greys" of his MAJestic years in it, and re-read his own career as a piece of the same story. His breakdown of the book runs to eight articles; part 8 of these summaries has the prison history it gives.
The sessions, 2021 to 2024
What they want
- Recover the battalion. "We know where every Domain member is... Our problem is not locating them, it is extracting them in such a way as to prevent catastrophic destruction of their surviving quantum forms." MM is one of the "funnels" that herd survivors "into stable stasis". Some members are held in "the Hole" with the Goetic spirits; none has been extracted from there yet.
- Recruit volunteers. Readers who say they are willing get "kits": alterations of the non-physical body that remove suit restrictions and enable lucid dreaming and out-of-body work with practice. By 2023 "a much higher number than we anticipated" had volunteered; their dream activity acts as tracer that exposes Old Empire traps, which The Domain then "hogs out".
- Run the shutdown. Sort sentiences, scrub the suits, return memories, and release in order: the lost battalion first, then STO, then SFA, and last STS and DIS. The most dangerous are banished to a pocket within the pocket, or reduced to components. The prison becomes a learning environment, not a prison (part 8).
- Keep the lid on. They will not take total control of this space for something like 5,000 years, will not interfere with vehicles inside general population, and prefer "small bads, not big bads". They say they disabled ICBMs in their cradles in the 1960s and 70s and allow no nuclear device through their teleportation facilities.
Their rules for humans
Earth politics, in their telling
The Commander's remarks on governments are among the most contested parts of the archive, and the summaries report them only as claims. He says The Domain phased MAJestic out in the late 1990s and now works with "a core organization in China" ("China is a Domain asset"); that the 1963 assassination of John F. Kennedy was the first sign of trouble with the US relationship; that "control kits" were later installed on US military leadership; and, in August 2022, that "medium bads" (hundreds of millions of deaths) had become probable in a West-versus-East confrontation. dated forecasts Part 17 collects these with their dates so they can be checked against what actually happened.
What is first-hand here
Only MM has the channel. Every answer in the archive is MM's transcription of his own impressions, which he says are filtered by his understanding and sometimes wrong in detail. Guest writer Daegonmagus reports separate contact with other non-physical groups (the "Elder Guardians", the "Unseen 5") and briefs the Commander through MM; PissedLizard reports his own experiences of the light. Alien Interview itself is a book whose editor said the source documents were destroyed. Part 17 is the place for evidence; this part only reports what is said.
Remember
- The Domain: non-corporeal, disciplined, sorted by sentience, in charge of this sector, short of resources here.
- It wants its 3,000 back, volunteers, and a slow conversion of the prison; it does not want to give proof.
- One channel (MM's EBP), fifteen numbered sessions plus early rounds, 2021 to 2024.
- Rules: ask out loud; STO only; obey your Mantid first; no de-cloaking; expect long silences.
