In one breath
MAJestic (also MAJIC, MJ-12) is described by MM as the US organisation set up under President Truman to investigate and control extraterrestrial encounters, later expanded worldwide, which under Reagan in the 1980s made agreements with the visitors and started lending them people. MM was one of those people. He says he was pulled out of naval aviation training in 1981, implanted with probes, sent through a portal to an off-world clinic for an alien implant (the EBP), calibrated at China Lake, and then lived an ordinary engineer's life while others moved him between world-lines. He was retired in 2006, imprisoned, and left for China. Since 2018 he has been writing it all down.
What MAJestic is, in his words
A "special access program" so secret that "even the President of the United States might not have access to it". Agents never say the name; MM's cell called it "the ELF drone program" or just "the Program".
A human organisation with its own agenda, and an ET component "with a completely different set of objectives, rules, methods". MM retired from the first; the second "does not understand the concept of retirement".
"A very large operations fund derived from controlled sales of reverse engineered extraterrestrial technology." Elected officials are kept out unless a matter is military.
Per his instructions: the formal organisation is gone; it lives on as "carve-outs" inside other programs; most members are retired and monitored; remaining projects run "at the behest of our extraterrestrial benefactors". The Commander adds that The Domain phased MAJestic out in the late 1990s.
MM's path
The hardware in his head
What his job actually was
- Lent to the visitors. "My PRIMARY purposed task was to be utilized by an extraterrestrial species so they can monitor the Earth. I was lent to them by MAJestic; rented out so to speak." Entanglement with an ET (via a "biological artifice", a drone body kept at the Oxia Palus facility on an alternative-world-line Mars) was the only way a human could be trained to use alien probes: "you cannot have a dog train you how to drive".
- Be average. His handlers wanted him "entirely average", from lazy to driven, so that his life would sample the whole range of human experience.
- Anchor world-lines. The stated purpose (part 4 of these summaries): during a global "sentience crisis" from about 1988 to 2004, implanted agents were relocated and exposed to thought-generating situations, often unpleasant ones, and the benefactors amplified those thoughts to bend clusters of world-lines away from a "major (mystery to me) disruption". MM's account
- Ride the slides. Destinations were chosen by the "drone pilot", never by him, at any hour: "you could be watching television, or giving a presentation, and the world would change." He never explored for fun: "reckless, and dangerous".
- Never know why. "As far as to the why... well, no one ever told me anything." His guesses came later, from reading and from the 2021 comm.
Retirement, the MAJestic way
MM's most repeated and most bitter claim: everyone in such a program is eventually retired, and because nobody knows what an agent's role really was, every agent is treated as a potential threat. The core kit #1 probes must be switched off in a specially equipped facility, memories sealed, and the person monitored for life. "Almost all MAJestic agents are retired as sex offenders. That is the only way to monitor, and if necessary, control their behavior." For MM that meant arrest, a diagnostic unit and prison in Arkansas, then a registry that made him unemployable ("not even as a janitor"), then emigration. He asked the Commander in 2022 whether a relative of a reader might have been implanted; the answer put the start of "sex offender retirement" in the mid-1990s, when operations were being phased out. MM's account
How he says you can tell a real one
- Implanted, quiet, monitored. Anyone who really dealt with extraterrestrials or their technology has a core kit #1 installation, keeps to themselves, and was retired into a monitoring program. Loud "whistle-blowers" with book deals and no monitoring history are, in his view, either disinformation or delusion.
- No space marines. He devotes an article to the "army of fake disclosures" (secret space fleets, Mars colonies, time-travelling ambassadors, reptilians) and asks what they have in common: heroics, and no probes.
- Boring by design. The real disclosure "will look like a rambling blog by a grouchy cantankerous old man" about Heaven, food, China and OOPARTs, because that is the format he was authorised to use.
- Recruits from the ranks. Technical background, military entry, similar sentience, and vetting by the extraterrestrials. Entry was voluntary but for life; roles never changed; "that is not how MAJestic works" when asked why he did not get promoted.
Reading the MAJestic material
This is MM's autobiography and he offers no documents: "ten years ago did you go grocery shopping and buy some milk? Good. Now, you prove it to me." Details he cannot explain he leaves as mysteries (the thirty attractive young women who entered the portal with him; the questionnaire about his ideal partner that later matched two of his three wives). The summaries report the story as his account. What can and cannot be checked is in part 17.
Remember
- MAJestic = the US ET-contact program; two halves, human and extraterrestrial; now "carve-outs".
- MM's role: an implanted, lent-out "dimensional anchor" living an average life while others slid him between world-lines.
- Three implant sets: memory control, world-line travel, and the alien EBP that still works.
- Retirement means shutdown, prison and a registry; that history is why he writes from China.
