In one breath

Thoughts are the only thing a consciousness makes, and they act like a magnet toward the world-lines that match them. But inside this bubble the power of thought is throttled, so thinking alone only carries you along your fated template. To move beside it or off it you must write your goals down and say them out loud, every day, in cycles of a few months, then let go. MM calls this an intention or affirmation campaign. It works slowly (most things within about two years), it gets uncomfortable when it starts working, and if you stop early the old template comes back.

The mechanism in one picture

your pre-birth template (a thick slab of nearly identical lines) 1 · thought alone along the template:a fated life 2 · spoken, written affirmations within the slab, and totargets just beside it 3 · a slide a new template you define;side effects included new template "Thoughts alone are not associated with the physical reality... the ONLY exposure those thoughts have is the consciousness that generated them." (MM)
Three gears. From The mechanism of how your thoughts are able to navigate the MWI. MM's warning example for gear 3: a happy pizza-shop owner who affirms himself into "a big important businessman" and gets the divorce, the tax trouble and the illness that come attached to that template.

Why speaking matters is explained twice. MM: talking involves far more of you than thinking, and the words tie the thought to the physical. The Commander (part 4): the reality universe suppresses "IS-BE actuation of thoughts", so language and vocalisation are the bridge; stray thoughts colour the result; and (part 15) "verbalization of intent is the legal document that Domain uses". In the main universe, he adds, affirmations work faster.

The six rules

MM re-reads these once a week. They are the whole philosophy in six lines.

  1. You attract good or bad experiences based on your thoughts.
  2. Thinking about something invites it into your reality, even if you do not want it. This is why he refuses to read the news.
  3. The more you focus on something, the more powerful it becomes.
  4. Trust your emotions over over-thinking. Emotion is the fuel of a thought packet.
  5. You can make good things happen by thinking about them more.
  6. Your environment affects your thoughts, and your thoughts affect your environment. Clutter, angry people and mass media are all part of the environment.

The method, step by step

  1. Make a map. Decide exactly what you want. "The first thing that you need to do is plan." Be specific, and think about what comes attached to each wish. MM's tip (repeated in ΨORM): imagine yourself as an old person and ask what you would want to have had.
  2. Write the affirmations. Short sentences in the present tense, as if already true. MM keeps his in a password-locked spreadsheet, dated, in categories: general, new goals, self-control, appearance, relationships, property, MWI routing rules, safety, the dream board, blocking and protections, asking for help, money and career, health, household, fun, death.
  3. Build a dream board. A cork board or a desktop wallpaper with pictures of the life you want, plus written rules for what the pictures mean ("the dominant male figure represents myself", "gold means large sums of money given to me"). Words and pictures are used together.
  4. Read them aloud every day. Clearly, out loud (a whisper will do among others). A long list takes a while; that is fine. Keep it private: "your affirmations are personal, keep them under lock and key".
  5. Guard your mind. No news. Avoid people who take over "the pilot controls of your soul". Control fear and doubt. MM: "the only thing that can stop you... is you."
  6. Release. After a few months (MM's rhythm is about three), stop and let it run. ΨORM's image: you wind the toy, put it down and let go; "the pause is the unwinding". Do not obsess over results.
  7. Expect turbulence. When it starts working "things WILL break, things WILL go wrong, there WILL be arguments". Every broken shoelace is "a key element moving into place". Do not stop.
  8. Start the next campaign. String campaigns together for the rest of your life. Old campaigns never fully die ("the gum is still on the wall"), so review them and retire the ones you no longer want.
write + read aloud dailyabout 3 months release / pauselet it run turbulencethings break, arguments manifestationmost within ~2 years progress you cannot see: the number of world-lines between here and the goal then the next campaign (stopping for good lets the old template re-materialise) MM's one-year starter plan for a beginner: 3 months of verbalaffirmations, 4 months of nothing, then the next 3-month round.
The cycle. Timing depends on how far the goal is from where you are (how many world-lines away), on your habits, and on the thoughts of the people around you, "especially family members". MM's own results: a South Pacific island life, then Zhuhai in China, both specified years earlier on paper.

Categories worth copying

safetyInsulate yourself

"I and my family are safe and secure. Any battles, wars, conflicts or social upheavals occur far away from us." MM says he learned the need for this the hard way on his slides.

routingRules for the campaign itself

"I understand how this universe works, and how to alter, improve and change my reality." The rules section tells your consciousness how to read everything else.

blockingProtections

"I define my reality, and undo any spells, magick or alterations imposed upon me." MM says hexes and the evil eye are real in this model: other people's thoughts do reach your line.

helpAsk for assistance

Non-physical helpers (Mantids, Greys, "guardian angels, friendly sprites") "are permitted to assist me", and "in no way can these other entities hurt, harm, or mess up my life".

signpostsPremonitions on request

"I have the ability to have premonitions regarding key events in my life... triggered when I need them."

deathPlan the exit too

"When the time comes for my death, it will be smooth and easy." Since 2021 MM's readers add: "I call for The Domain at translation and do not enter the tunnel of light" (part 6).

Limits, traps and fixes

What it cannot do
You cannot become another person, break physics, resurrect the dead, or force another consciousness to do anything. Everything else is a matter of distance and time.
It is not prayer to a deity
"Prayer is actually YOU directing YOUR thoughts... you are actually talking to yourself." You may also petition non-physical beings, but the mechanism does not depend on them.
Cancelling goals
"Be the CEO of a large company" plus "have a calm, peaceful life" is driving north and south at once. When nothing manifests, check for goals that fight, for goals too far away, for a goal that needs a slide you never authorised, or for non-physical blocks.
Feel-good lists
Most internet affirmations ("I am worthy of love") change your mood, not your route. A campaign needs concrete destinations.
False positives
Early results can be look-alikes of the goal. Treat them as course markers and keep going rather than declaring victory.
Stopping early
"The great danger": a few objectives materialise, you stop, and "your old previously determined world-line path will begin to materialize all over again".
Residue
Negative self-talk from your past is also an affirmation. Beginners must first "peel off the tar" of years of self-effacing statements.
Turbo add-ons
Feed the thought packets with goodwill (the "power boost": spread kindness around); the smile exercise (say something nice to a stranger daily for a month); Grabovoi number "cheat codes" as extra lines; de-clutter your space; the "lazy man's" jolt (deliberately break a routine to knock yourself off the groove); self-hypnosis; tie your campaign to other readers' campaigns for a "slipstream" effect.

Two cautions from the Commander

Do not try to "de-cloak" imprisoned Domain members with affirmations; he says it triggers "catastrophic event sequences" and immediate recycling for them. And expect your results to be coloured by everything else you think and say: he told MM that questions built on false premises get answers that are wrong in the same direction. The same logic applies to your own campaign.

Remember

  • Write it, say it aloud, daily, privately, in cycles; then release.
  • Specific destinations, not moods. Check for goals that cancel each other.
  • Turbulence means it is working. Stopping early hands you back to the old template.
  • Always include safety, protection, help, and your own death.
