In one breath

Part 14 gave the shape of ΨORM. This part walks it in order. The document, version 13.5 of August 2026 (v14.0 since 21 September 2026), is MM writing under his own name, Robert Vannrox, for "future generations", with a DOI, a licence, a changelog and a roadmap. It opens by inverting the usual question ("not how does matter produce consciousness, but how does consciousness navigate matter"), states four claims, grounds them in four accepted problems in physics, sketches a two-qubit model, and lists five things an EEG could prove wrong. Then it rebuilds the rest of the site in the new vocabulary: attractor basins for shared reality, a sine-wave duty cycle for the flicker of consciousness, "quantum shadows" for other people, garbons and swales for the soul, and, in the longest section, the whole intention course as "intentional frequency shift". The last six sections fold in Michael Newton's map of the afterlife, ending with death in eight stages. "It is a seed, not a cathedral."

How the repository is built. The changelog records "All 26 sections converted to modular Markdown format" at v13.0 on 21 August 2026; the master index now lists 33, and the readme calls itself version 13.5, the "Expanded Practical Edition", dated four days later. The roadmap runs from experimental protocols in the next twelve months to "a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to ΨORM research" in five years or more. The early PDFs are labelled with a warning: "These writings are not ΨORM. They are the archaeological record of how ΨORM was excavated... They are ghostly relics of a time long gone. They are not who I am now."

I to VI: foundations

I Introduction
Newtonian and relativistic physics are "incomplete": the Hard Problem stands. "Consciousness is not an observer. It is an active navigator... Reality is the terrain that consciousness navigates through frequency synchronization." The Many-Worlds Interpretation is "a door left ajar": it never says "what determines the path". And the thesis that reality "is not shared".
II Ancestry
Positions ΨORM against Hoffman's conscious realism (agrees that spacetime is "a user interface", adds a mechanism), the James and Huxley filter theory (agrees the brain is "a reducing valve", defines the filter "as phase-locking" and says where memory lives: "the soul"), panpsychism, and MWI itself.
III The four claims
Time is not fundamental ("The film reel is fixed. The projector is the body. The light is you"); consciousness is the navigator, "a quantum waveform" driven by "thought-garbons" and "memory-garbons"; reality is frequency synchronisation; reality is not shared. Also the "Ψ" in the name: psi as the wavefunction and as the psychic.
IV Physics
Four "mainstream, defensible" problems the model claims to address: the Hard Problem, the measurement problem ("the observer is not a physical apparatus, it is the consciousness vector selecting"), the incompatibility of relativity and quantum mechanics, and non-locality.
V Mathematics
"A scaffold", "preliminary but not superficial": see the figure.
VI Falsifiability
Operational definitions, two boundary conditions ("the orthogonality limit": beyond a frequency gap no bleed-over is possible; "the conservation of coherence": high-fidelity transfer "is rare and resource-intensive"), and the five predictions of part 14, each with a measurement and a stated way to fail.
frozen |0⟩frozen |1⟩ navigator |↑⟩navigator |↓⟩ θ(t): the "thought" parametera time-dependent control on the coupling |Ψ⟩ = α|0⟩|↑⟩ + β|1⟩|↓⟩ ; H = ω σz ⊗ I + θ(t) σx ⊗ σx ;"consciousness-driven branch selection within standard quantum formalism"
Section V, the toy model. Two "frozen moments" and a two-state navigator are entangled; a Hamiltonian couples them, with a base frequency ω and a "thought parameter" θ(t) that can be turned. The stated purpose is modest: "to demonstrate the logical possibility of consciousness-driven branch selection within standard quantum formalism", with a "current limitations" section and a mathematical falsifiability statement. The framework does not claim to derive anything from it.

VII to XIII: the mechanics

the deepest, most stable basin "We all roll into the same valleys because they are the deepest" "The physics we observe... are not universal absolutes. They arethe resonant frequencies of the attractor basin we are navigating."
VII, shared reality without a shared world. "Why do we all agree on the speed of light... rather than existing in complete isolation?" Because the configuration space "is organized by frequency attractors: stable basins in the probability landscape". "Shared reality is the experience of occupying the same attractor basin"; "the fact that our observations align is evidence of proximity, not objectivity." The "uniform distribution fallacy": encounters are rare only if vectors are spread evenly, and they are not. XXI extends this to the cat in your kitchen: "The cat is not in your reality, you are in compatible basins."
VIII Ontology
A hierarchy from quanta to garbons ("small, organized clusters of quanta") to swales to souls to consciousness vectors; "sentience as the purpose of experience"; "the purpose of existence: soul growth". Souls "possess the capacity to divide their energy. This is not separation, it is extension." Animal souls are "different", not lesser. Sub-sections argue "why garbons are necessary" and "why swales are necessary" (part 20).
IX Death
"The brain is a router, it accesses the soul but does not store it. The body is a vehicle... The soul is the driver." Death "as decoupling", with Newton's clients quoted for the floating and the "pulling sensation"; "frequency resonance" draws the vector to the non-physical state.
X The duty cycle
Consciousness "breathes, in and out of the physical, like a wave. And the breath never stops." Roughly half of experience "is physical, and half is in-between". The 4 Hz benchmark is "the average rate of an alert, waking brain"; the rate varies with state, and the EEG bands are its correlates. Sleep is a long in-between phase.
XI Heaven, nirvana
Afterlife accounts "are reports of the non-physical state", "a real region of the configuration space", social, layered, and species-specific: "Cats do not go to a human heaven. They go to a cat heaven. But love bridges the gap." Includes "pair consciousness and shared world-lines" (part 20's pets that follow you).
XII Practice, first pass
"Frequency synchronization is not a passive state, it is a practice." Daily habits, environment ("Feng Shui is not superstition, it is frequency engineering"), intention ("The universe responds to the frequency you broadcast, not the words you speak"), and MM's old warning about asking for "opportunities": "Vague intentions produce vague results."
XIII Future work
"The ΨORM framework is a seed, not a finished cathedral."
physical phase (above)in-between phase (below) about 4 cycles a second when alert slower asleep; the ratio is the duty cycle
Section X. "At 4 Hz, consciousness cycles four times per second. Four physical phases. Four in-between phases." The in-between "is not an exception, it is a fundamental part of existence", where ESP, premonition and bleed-over happen; altering the duty cycle by practice is the model's account of what meditation does.

XIV to XXI: genesis, anomalies, the filter, groups

XIV Genesis
"How does it all begin?" A four-step answer: the void as "pure potentiality"; quanta forming patterns "through entropic resonance" into the first garbons, "the first crystals of consciousness"; a threshold of complexity, coherence and self-reference at which "the system becomes aware of itself. The soul is born"; and a first act that "is not a choice, it is a reflex": attraction to a matching frozen moment. Signposts are "unchangeable waypoints".
XV Comparison
A table of "Great Mysteries" against six other models, with the claim that "ΨORM is not just another model, it is the only model that explains all the phenomena listed". The archive notes the claim without endorsing it.
XVI, XVII Travelers and anomalies
Mandela effects, objects that vanish, shared impossible events, premonitions, communication with the dead, and the "died then restarted" case: "The consciousness vector decouples from the biological receiver during the catastrophic event... re-anchors to a nearby frozen moment... The memory is not false, it is from a different version of reality." PissedLizard's crash (part 34) in formal dress.
XVIII, XIX The filter
"The filters are not walls, they are lenses." Loosened by sleep transitions, meditation, trauma, NDEs and "pharmacologically": psychedelics "reliably reduce filtering across all five domains", with the neuroscience of ego-dissolution cited, and a caution: "Removing it does not produce a more accurate rendering, it produces a different rendering... Insight and delusion can coexist." XIX is the "applied phenomenology": music in noise, moving patterns, "You are not losing your mind. You are losing your filters."
XX, XXI Groups and overlap
"A group is not just a collection of individuals, it is a frequency field." When a group vector shifts, "the rendered reality of the entire cluster reconfigures"; the hundredth-monkey story is used as a case study of "critical coherence". XXI: physical reality "emerges from the overlap of countless attractor basins"; "Other beings are not in your reality."

XXII to XXVII: the practice, re-derived

Section XXII is the longest in the document, 6,500 words, and it is the intention course of part 19 rewritten as mechanism: the pre-birth "preparation class" and its "recognition signs" (from Newton); present tense because "the consciousness vector navigates from the present moment"; "aligning with deeper needs" ("A desire for a beach house may mask a need for peace"); "the mandatory pause" ("you wind the toy, put it down and let go"); "ghost campaigns" as "frequency residue", with the chewing-gum and tyre metaphors; the brute-force tools (crowbar, grinder, detangler, hasp and lock, zipper, spellchecker); synchronicities "as feedback loops"; the grand strategy and sign posts; conflicting affirmations and "the tablecloth metaphor"; the inertia of past affirmations and a "template refresh" technique; a "manifestation timing table"; "but affirmations" as protective clauses that block; and "the master template and affirmation campaigns", the 2020s claim that the baseline template itself has changed. Each sub-section ends with a falsifiability note.

XXIIIJoining a group vector

"When you join a group, you are not just signing a contract, you are entering a frequency basin." Alignment "is a cascade": personal, then immediate contacts, then structure, then identity. The slipstream: "a shared pool of frequency targets that amplifies individual alignment."

XXIVThe techniques, catalogued

Self-hypnosis and affirmations "retune the biological receiver to a new default frequency"; audio (Hemi-Sync) is "frequency entrainment"; "A talisman is not magical, it is mechanical"; "Ritual is not religion, it is frequency engineering"; "A wish machine is not a gimmick, it is a frequency generator"; the power boost, the smile exercise, ESP "as a learned skill".

XXVRemote viewing

"Not magic, it is frequency navigation. The cross-talk is not a flaw, it is a feature of the configuration space." The BlueNarwhal exchange of part 19, formalised: viewers can be trained "to narrow or widen their RV aperture".

XXVITopography

The 3D world-line maps of parts 2 and 4: "The path you follow without intention is the path of least resistance, the fated life." Stable coordinates: "A line can contain an infinite number of points. But an intersection contains only one point, and that point is fixed", hence cars appearing at crossroads (part 18). Plus the pre-birth template, slides, "novel attractor basins", and a "right hand convention" for reading the map.

XXVIIA periodic table of consciousness

The discrete heavens and levels of Hindu, Buddhist and Taoist maps "are not mystical constructs. They are regions of the configuration space", organisable "by frequency signature and coherence level". "The maps of the mystics are not metaphors, they are topographic maps."

XXVIII to XXXIII: the Newton chapters

The last six sections integrate Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls (part 20), quoting clients throughout and adding a "ΨORM mechanism" line to each stage: the gateway and the pulling ("the natural resonance of the soul returning to its home frequency"), welcoming committees, the "shower of healing", orientation, soul groups, the library of life books, the Council of Elders ("The Council does not judge, it guides. It does not punish, it plans"), the medallions and "the Presence", the "Law of Silence", the Ring of Destiny and its "Timemasters", why souls choose difficult lives ("How can I teach others unless I have gone through fire myself?"), soul specialisations (ethicists, harmonizers, guides, "creating particles of energy for rock shapes on a full planetary scale"), and the colours of souls from white through yellow to blue and beyond, six levels.

1 decoupling2 reversion3 basin migration4 arrival5 orientation, review6 restoration7 planning8 re-projection "Death... is a basin transition, a structural shiftin the vector's trajectory through the configuration space."
XXXIII, the synthesis. Stage 1, decoupling: "The consciousness vector loses phase-locking with the biological receiver... Floating. Observing the body. The pulling sensation. Confusion, then relief." Stage 2, reversion: "the vector springs back to its native frequency... Euphoric release. Removal of density." Then migration, arrival, orientation and review, restoration, planning, and re-projection into a new body. A sub-section insists "Death Is Not Better, It Is Different." Readers of parts 6 and 22 will notice what is absent: in ΨORM there is no prison, no tunnel to refuse, no Domain officer to call. The formal model keeps the geography and drops the warning; part 14 discusses that choice.

"Each bridge presents ΨORM in the language and concepts of your tradition. It is an invitation, not a replacement." Twenty-two essays of roughly 1,400 to 2,600 words, each built the same way: the four foundational claims restated through the tradition's own vocabulary, a table of equivalents, a "toolkit" of practices, an invitation, and a closing "A Bridge, Not a Replacement". The glossary defines about fifty terms, from "attractor basin" and "bleed-through" to "emergency slide", "ghost campaign", "quantum shadow", "swale" and "vehicle egress / ingress". The predictions table consolidates every falsifiability note in the document under objective metrics; the "ah-hah" digest collects the insights section by section, ending with a "grand ah-hah": "The soul's first act is not a choice, it is a reflex: it is drawn to the frequency that matches its own."

The bridge expansion: v14.0, September 2026

Between 18 and 21 September 2026 the repository grew by twelve bridges, a rewritten overview and a release, "SORM v14.0 (The Bridge Expansion)", with its own DOI. The release notes are careful about what did and did not change: "The framework's ontology and mechanics are unchanged. What has changed is the accessibility of the framework to new readers." Under "What Has Not Changed" they list the four foundational claims, the ontological hierarchy ("quanta, garbons, swales, soul, consciousness vector"), the mathematical formalization and the falsifiability posture. The same release folds in the additions already covered above (section XXXIII, the swale sub-sections in VIII and IX, the 4 Hz revision of X, the pharmacological note in XVIII), removes the old BRIDGES.md (the changelog calls it "the redundant Bridges to Mainstream.md"), and relabels the README and master index "Version: 14.0 (Expanded Practical Edition)" (their citation lines still say 13.7). The new overview adds a rule for what gets a bridge: "Where a tradition is not represented, it is not because it lacks value. It is because a bridge must earn its place. A shallow bridge is worse than no bridge." And it states the one sentence every bridge is built to deliver: "Consciousness is primary. Reality is navigable. You are more than your body."

The overview's own table gives each new bridge a starting point and its ΨORM reading. In its words:

Stoicism
Logos, prohairesis, virtue, amor fati → "Living according to nature, virtue as alignment, amor fati as phase-locking". The three Stoic disciplines become "three modes of frequency navigation".
Judaism
Ein Sof, neshamah, covenant, tikkun olam → "The soul's journey, the sefirot as basins, teshuva as frequency shift".
Sikhism
Ik Onkar, Naam, karma, mukti → "The soul's journey, Naam as alignment, the Guru Granth as the map".
Jainism
Ahimsa, jiva, karma, moksha → "Non-violence as frequency hygiene, karma as imprint, liberation".
Baha'i
Progressive revelation, unity of humanity → "The soul's journey, progressive unfolding, unity as alignment".
Confucianism
Ren, li, yi, zhi, the junzi → "Frequency alignment, ritual propriety, self-cultivation, harmony".
Shinto
Kami, kannagara, musubi, misogi → "The kami as frequency basins, purification as hygiene, the way of nature".
Existentialism-Absurdism
Existence precedes essence, radical freedom → "The moment, authenticity, the project, the absurd".
Secular Humanism
Reason, compassion, human flourishing → "Autonomy, reason as alignment, compassion as resonance, meaning as creation". Its closing line differs from the others: the goal is not "to change your beliefs" but "to expand them".
Thelema-Crowley
True Will, Nuit, Hadit, the Book of the Law → "The field as Nuit, the navigator as Hadit, True Will as frequency signature". At 2,632 words the longest bridge.
Golden Dawn
The Qabalah, initiation, ceremonial magick → "The Tree of Life as topography, ritual as alignment, the Great Work".
Witchcraft-Wicca
The Craft, the Rede, the Wheel, the elements → "Will as navigation, energy as frequency, the circle as coherence chamber"; the Wheel of the Year is read against the duty cycle and the Summerland against the non-physical state.

Two small seams for the record: the release notes count "thirteen new bridges" and include Psychedelic Science, which was already in the August repository (the bridges folder went from ten files to twenty-two); and the citation file still carries version 12.0 while the README header says 14.0, its citation line 13.7, and the release 14.0. The archive re-imported the repository on 21 September 2026 (73 documents, about 106,500 words, against 62 and 79,000 before) and again on 6 October 2026, when it held one more file: "section 33A", in which MM files his public Sir Whiskerton story "The Friend Who Moved On" (27 September) as a narrative bookend to section XXXIII on death. That makes 74 documents and about 110,000 words.

Read with care

ΨORM is a self-published framework by one author, and its scientific apparatus (DOI, falsifiability statements, a Hamiltonian) is the author's own and not peer-reviewed; the archive summarises it as a document, not as science. Its "client-verified" chapters rest on Newton's hypnosis cases, a third party's data. It reuses all of MM's earlier vocabulary and most of his 2019 to 2022 material, but it drops the prison-planet layer entirely; readers comparing part 35 with parts 21 to 29 should treat the two as different presentations of the same author's thinking, three years apart, rather than as one system. Quotations are from the repository's own text; section numbers follow its master index.

Remember

  • Thirty-three sections, five groups: foundations, mechanics, extensions, practice, Newton.
  • Four claims; four accepted problems in physics; a two-qubit toy; five EEG predictions; two boundary conditions.
  • Shared reality is a shared valley; the flicker is a 4 Hz sine wave; the filter is a lens.
  • Section XXII is the intention course in formal dress, tools and all.
  • Death in eight stages, from decoupling to re-projection; no prison in this version.
  • Twenty-two bridges (twelve added in the September 2026 v14.0 release), fifty terms, one legacy: "a seed, not a cathedral".
